Every shop is counted through the day
TASMAC publishes each shop's inventory; we read it across all 38 districts, about every 30 minutes while shops are open, and keep the history. A bottle that disappears between two counts was sold — that is also how Pulse knows what the state drinks.
Price is fixed; stock is the variable
MRP is identical in every shop by law — every price is here. What differs shop to shop is whether the bottle is on the shelf, which is the only thing worth a trip to check.
Booking is TASMAC's job, not ours
TASMAC's portal lets you pay online and collect the same day at the shop you chose. Sarakku never takes an order — how the official booking works, and why checking stock first saves the wasted trip.
Common questions
Can I check TASMAC stock online?
Yes. TASMAC's own booking portal shows the inventory of the shop you pick when you place an order. Sarakku counts every shop in Tamil Nadu through the day — this page shows availability by district and which products are most widely stocked, and the free app shows the live stock of each shop near you, with no order and no login.
Does TASMAC deliver alcohol?
No. TASMAC's online booking is pay-online, collect-in-person at the shop you chose, the same day; uncollected orders are cancelled with a small fee deducted. There is no home delivery from TASMAC, and Sarakku does not sell, deliver or take orders.
How fresh is the stock data?
Shop counts refresh roughly every 30 minutes during shop hours (12 noon to 10 pm). This page carries the statewide picture from the last complete count (9 Sept, 4:10 am IST); the app shows each shop's latest count and can pull a fresh one on demand.
Is checking stock the same as booking?
No. Checking stock is free and needs nothing from you. Booking is TASMAC's official service at tasmace2e.in: 21+, mobile OTP, pay online, show the QR at the counter, same-day pickup only. Check stock first so you book at a shop that actually has the bottle.
